Long An Province, Vietnam: Bánh Tráng
Long An Province lays along the Mekong Delta region of South Vietnam. Along with two partners, we made our way down from Saigon to rendezvous with local contacts who took us for a ride to a village on the outskirts of town specialized in the production of rice paper, bánh tráng.
